For New Employees

First-time hires (including anyone who has not worked at Queen's in the past 12 months), must complete and submit the forms listed below. (Note that you may need to download the form before opening them.)

Your Queen's NetID

If you have not already done so, please contact Information Technology Services (ITServices) to obtain your employee NetID. Call the IT Support Centre at 613-533-6666, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

If you already have an employee NetID, you will need to activate it here: NetID Profile Manager

If you are a teaching assistant or student employee, your employee NetID will be different from your student NetID. You must only use your employee NetID when performing employee functions. It is very important to keep your employee identity separate and distinct from your student identity. Do not forward your employee email account to your student account. For any issues or questions regarding your NetID or Queen's email account, please call ITServices during regular business hours, or use the online help form.

Once your NetID is activated, you can sign into MyHR Self Service to review details regarding your employment, including your banking information.
