Queen’s Undergraduate Internship Program (QUIP) - Engineering Internships
QUIP is a 12-16 month, full-time, paid internship available in all engineering disciplines.
Eligibility
- QUIP is open to all domestic and international students in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
- Students can participate in QUIP after their 2nd or 3rd year of studies and must be returning to complete their final academic requirements after the internship. See the faculty-specific registration form for more details.
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 1.9 and permission from their Undergraduate Chair to register in QUIP.

Connect with Employers
- Employer Information Sessions, Networking, and Recruitment (hiring!) events happen throughout the year, starting in September. Register for these events through MyCareer.
- Engineering and Technology Fairs in October and January. The Faculty of Engineering Corporate Relations, the QUIP team and Career Services bring employers to you - on campus and virtually.

The FEAS Corporate Relations team embeds career development resources and strategies in your experience, including APSC100 and 200 design courses, so you are supported in your individual career path.
