VIDEO: Queens Summer Engineering Academy - QSEA Jr

Posted on May 23, 2018

The Queen’s Summer Engineering Academy (QSEA) is a great way for high school students to explore what’s possible in the fields of science and engineering long before they decide what to do after high school.

But it’s never too early to start building a passion for engineering and science. QSEA Jr is way for students entering Grades 8 and 9 to get their very first tastes of engineering and university life. It’s a week-long commuter or residence program on campus at Queen’s University led by undergraduate engineering students and Connections staff who are qualified teachers.

Your child will get a broad overview of engineering that includes exposure to learning and research facilities at the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, and work on interesting projects designed specially to inform and engage.

Learn more about QSEA Jr. and all our Connections: Queen’s Summer Engineering Academy programs on our website. It’s an early investment in your child’s future.
