A graduate of Udacity’s Self-Driving Car Engineer Nanodegree program and thus being one of the first certified self-driving car engineers in the world, David Hayes, Sc'14, is founder and CEO of Autonomous Vehicle Organization (AVO). Recently he shared with Queen's Engineering students currently participating in the Queen's Undergraduate Internship Program his personal insight and tips for resilience in a presentation called The Power of Mindset.
"I really want to stress the time that you take to bounce back," he said early in th presentation. "If you can shorten that, it pays massive dividends later in life, and as you get better at bouncing back after something goes wrong, you're going to gain a massive advantage."
