Smith Engineering at Queen's has been a leader in engineering education innovations for several decades. They include the Integrated Learning initiatives, development of the team project-based design and professional practice experiences in first year and second year, multidisciplinary industry-based design courses, faculty-wide development of a design sequence in every year, and outcomes-based assessment.

Engineering Teaching & Learning Team

In Smith Engineering at Queen's, we have a full-service Engineering Teaching and Learning Team (ETLT) composed of several specialists (see full team complement here).  The ETLT is available to support instructors with online, face-to-face, and blended teaching. Drop into the lab on the main floor of Dupuis Hall in room G25 (8:30 am-4:30 pm), call 613-533-6000 ext. 74871, email etlt@queensu.ca or access the ETLT remotely via LiveChat during regular business hours. Whether you’re looking for help with a quick question, considering reworking your course design or wanting to learn more about a teaching and learning topic, the ETLT is here to help!

Resources for Instructors
